Information About Brokerage Services
Georgia law requires real estate licensees to disclose the type of agency relationship they have with the consumers they serve. The following summarizes the brokerage relationships available through Majestic Mountain Properties.
Seller Agency
When we represent a seller, we work on the seller’s behalf to market the property, negotiate terms, and promote the seller’s best interests.
Buyer Agency
When we represent a buyer, we work on the buyer’s behalf to locate suitable properties, advise on value, and negotiate the best possible terms for the buyer.
Dual / Designated Agency
In some transactions the same brokerage may represent both buyer and seller. This is permitted in Georgia only with the informed, written consent of both parties. In that case, the broker may assign different agents to represent each party (designated agency).
Your Rights
Before signing any agreement, you are entitled to a clear explanation of the brokerage relationship, the services provided, and any compensation. Please ask Robbyn Allen, Broker/Owner, to review these with you.
